Shipping Policy

We take the quality of our packaging and shipping as seriously as we do the quality of our products.

Packages are mailed via USPS ,Once processing is done you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided at checkout. Please also check spam/junk folder as well.

  Tracking updates on USPS website can take up to 1-3 days once shipped. 

  • What is your processing time?

We make an effort to ship out orders fast and promptly. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. (Excluding weekends and holidays) Ship time for U.S orders is 3-7 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post.

  • My package has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

Once your package leaves our premises we are not responsible for them as USPS is a shipping service that you agree to allow us to send out to you. Once we ship out to you the liability is between you and USPS; However , we will do our best to help you find your package. In case your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it; contact your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim. After submitting a claim, email your claim information to customer support : Naturalsbymeli@gmail.com so that we can assist you further.

  • Out of stock products 

If we are out of stock on a particular product, we will contact you and ask if you would like to make another choice. 

  • Returned order packages 

This can happen by mistake we know , but if your order is returned back to us you will be responsible for additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.

  • What if I input wrong shipping address for my order?

Contact me ASAP within 24 hrs ! I have no control over the package after it is shipped out. In most cases it will be returned to us, and then I will have to send an additional invoice for shipping to get this out to you, at the correct address. 

  • What if my package is damaged?
